Atheist group claims civil rights victory over Rochester Hills country club

The Center for Inquiry is calling the recent settlement agreement accepted by Wyndgate Country Club a victory, "marking perhaps the first time federal and state civil rights statutes have been successfully invoked by nonbelievers in a public accommodations lawsuit."
