The pastor, Jamie Coots, has been charged with illegal possession and transporting of wildlife, but Coots claims that he has a permit for them now and wants them back. Coots had a prior conviction for the same thing in 2008. He is the pastor of Full Gospel Tabernacle in Jesus Name Church in Middlesboro, KY.
