Constitutional Calamity : Virginia Senate Committee Flunks Religious Liberty Test

According to The Washington Post, a Senate committee yesterday voted 8-6 to approve a sweeping state constitutional amendment that says "no student shall be compelled to perform or participate in academic assignments or educational presentations that violate his religious beliefs."
