A voucher by any other name is still problematic. The bottom line is that the Catholic Church's private school system is an arm of the church and is frequently used for evangelism and spreading church doctrine. Members of the church, not the taxpayers, should be responsible for bailing out Cardinal Dolan's sectarian schools.
