The pro-choice activists said they wanted to contribute to the national debate surrounding women's reproductive rights in light of the passage of the "Women's Health and Safety Act," which was recently signed into law by Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer, which states that pregnancy begins two weeks prior to conception.
