Preachers eligible for tax breaks on mansions

Bishop C.M. Bailey of the United House of Prayer for All People stays in a $3 million, 16,000 square foot mansion when he visits Charlotte. It's not even his full-time residence. Because the church owns the property, it pays no property tax to the county or the city.
