Dozens Killed In Afghan Carnage

KANDAHAR, Afghanistan (AFP) -- A dozen policemen and 12 civilians including three children were killed in violence Tuesday, officials said, in one of insurgency-hit Afghanistan's bloodiest days in weeks.
